  1. Yes, its pretty well bang on average. Age doesn't matter, its taken into consideration.


  2. I'm not sure at what point your IQ levels off (age-wise) but 96 is pretty close to the average adult IQ, which is 100.  So that seems good.  

    Also keep in mind that IQ isn't a perfect representation of a person's potential!
