Is an obsession towards someone (its not love) part of OCD?

I already have OCD not for this but for other symptoms....is obsessin over a thought of someone, constant worry about that person, anxiety and feeling just obsessive with their thought part of OCD? I'm not in love with the person

Yes, obsessive thoughts about something or somone that cause distress and anxiety are a part of thw symptomology of OCD. Look up OCD in, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OCD or DSM-IV TR.
