Is an old Disneyworld ticket valid for Disneyland?

In 1996 I purchased a multiple-day Parkhopper pass at Disneyworld in Florida. I still have 1 day left. Ticket has no expiration. Does anyone know if Disneyland in Anaheim will honor that ticket?

  1. Yes.  It is possible.  I used to work in Guest Services (which involves all sorts of tickets that many have never seen or forgotten) at the Disneyland Resort and guests who went to WDW often brought their un-used non-expired tickets to exchange them for a Disneyland ticket.  BUT it was only for one park unless they changed the rules. There is no expiration date on your ticket which means you can still use it and it's a valid ticket.

I've seen tickets from 1987 from WDW exchanged for regular admission tickets to Disneyland.  Just take your ticket to the Guest Services counter to exchange it.  It's usually a shorter line but keep in mind this is also where they distribute group tickets.

ALSO, call (714)781-4400 for the Disneyland Resort Ticket and Reservation Hotline to confirm my given information and for any new updates.  No question is a silly question.  They'll be really happy to help.  I should know I used to be one. :)

  2. I doubt they would let you use the ticket. It's over 10 years old!! I still have all mine from when I went there and they all say expires after 14 days of last use. So, I'm assuming thats how all disney parks are. Sorry about your luck.

  3. no sorry

  4. Tickets are not interchangeable. a ticket for disneyland is only for disneyland and vise a versa.  their ticket rules have changed over the years and at one point they did give you a partial credit towards a new ticket. i would contact disneyland directly to find out for sure.
