I checked on line and Andorra was not a member.

Andorra is not part of the EU but has a contractual agreement with the EU.  It uses Euro as its currency, but that is a continuation of the situation before the Euro was invented, when Andorra used the currency of its neighbors, Spanish Peseta and French Franc. Now both Spain and France use the Euro.

Andorra is one of those places like monaco, san marino , lichtenstein that enjoys membership of eu without being in eu.  its not odd but its just it!!  .  not a full member of eu, but enjoys special relationship, uses euro currency.  its a member of un though....

well andorra somehow is part of the EU .historically speaking it was created as a buffer zone between france and spain in the royal days of france and spain in order to prevent wars among both nations.

today , andorra is run by both king of spain and french president.if they aren t part of the EU , then what is?doesn t that make it so linked politically that it s close to impossible to determine?
