I'm planning to wear these ankle weights and play soccer in them.

the reason is because I believe if you have heavier stuff on your leg, It takes more force to get that resistance to break through.

building more speed and agility.

What do you think?

what are the proper uses to ankle weights?

    There is a great chance of injury using ankle weights.

    Lift weights and do plyometric exercises to improve  your strength and speed.
