I am new to answers and I am wondering if this is a good way to meet people? Has anyone met friends on answers? Tell me all about it.

Meeting people means "in person" and I think it's a mistake to seek friends via any website.  You should be seeking friends from among those you see around you rather than venture into a cave where serpents could be lurking.

im a new to answer to and i havent met friend yet,,if it is in god will im sure youll find a friend.maybe youll met them not here on answer or in other wedsite in internet, if your intention is good,i can assure you that youll find one,just keep looking..but i suggest that you focus having friend the that youll see you around like in school,neighbors.

You must be really desperate. There's no way to meet someone on here. This is the internet.  The same place where people say whatever they think others want to hear.

The best place to meet someone is where you live, or work or go to school or attend church or shop or hang out at the library or the gym. Find someone you can actually hang out with and be real friends with, not the artificial kind that grow in cyberspace.
