Legal where?

Probably NOT legal, for two reason:

1) It's noisy as heck

2) It breaks every exhaust rule in the book (way too much unburned hydrocarbon)

Not to mention it makes your engine and turbo die of heat that much faster.

There are several different strategies for anti-lag systems (ALS) and there are countless (and sometimes contradicting) local, state and federal vehicle laws and ordinances.

With that said, there is nothing illegal in itself about an ALS, but the operation of that system may be in violation noise,safety and emissions regulations.

Remember, when your running anti-lag, you are chancing exhaust manifold melt down, it will ruin your cat if you have one, and its not good for your turbo (the high heat)................
