yes, it is i a virus that installs itself on your computer. It usually comes in the form of a trojan. usually, a window will come up and say that you have 1,578 virus threats. This is an exaggeration. When you command the program to delete these alleged threats, it asks you to pay 40 something dollars. DO NOT ACCEPT!
