  1. Talk to your company and see if there is something included in their insurance coverage that covers that.


  2. No.  You can file a claim under your own homeowners or renter's policy. The employer is not responsible for personal posessions stolen from you.

  3. not necessarily compensation but it should be covered under the automobile insurance.

  4. If you can show Gross Negligence on the part of the company, then you can sue and ask for compensation.

    However to show Gross Negligence you will need to show the company was responsible for securing your possessions, and failed to do anything. This is very hard to do as most companies leave it up to the employees to secure their own possessions.
