there is no difference between the two. for eample manav rachna college of eng and itm, gurgoan both are affiliated to mdu, rohtak. in manav rachna there is applied electronics and instrumentation and itm is having electronics and instrumentation.as both colleges are affliated to same university so both these fields have same syllabus which means they are one and the same thing...
