Is any financial aid available for foreign students studying in Japan?

I live in England, and my parents say that I won't be able to get any financial support if I study somewhere outside of europe. But I think otherwise, does anyone have any information, websites, phone numbers, anything, that would help me sort out some financial support for studying abroad?

It would be highly unlikely. Your best chance would be to seek outside scholarships from organizations in you home country that can be used for study abroad.
