Then how the Obscenity overflows every where?

Is the western culture contributes any thing good in this matter?

In Memorium: You're forgetting that it was religion's dominance over society that allowed pedophile priests to get away with it for so long. Organised religion is pretty obscene. For example, the Catholic Church has obscene wealth.

Regarding Western culture's contribution - Western culture is based upon centuries of domination by the Christian church. So the ideas of even atheists and secular philosophers in the West were influenced in some way by Christianity.

When the Atheists started going after the christians, they forgot it would leave a power vacuum.

Religion is a choice, Obscenity is a choice. The greatest gift to mankind is the ability to choose. Society (including religion, government and education etc.) influence our choices.

The churches define obscenity as a sin that must be forgiven. Forgiveness is only available through confession to a priest. The priest can make forgiveness conditional on submitting to the will of the church (ie, the priest). Thus obscenity is a way for the priests to exert control over the people.

We live in a largely secular society in the west, religion is on the decline and in many places our churches are either empty or closed. There are people who retain their religious beliefs and a wholesome way of life but culturally there has been a big break away from a religious mindset. As a consequence it seems very much that anything goes, and people seem to have a morbid fascination with the obscene and shocking otherwise it wouldn't be so prolific.

If something is denied, it will manifest in a negative form, like repressed anger it becomes fetid and is expressed in an aggressive and inappropriate manner.

It seems better to avoid anything that offends, we can only effect change by changing ourselves.
