  1. i heard its good, anything with horses pays bigggg.

  2. ya i guess it can be

  3. hmmmm...equine appraiser.... someone who can tell how much a horse is worth.... i think i have heard of that before..

    it's call a trainer/knowing about horses/knowing how to research.

again, i'll give my typical horse job answer:

    1. the economy is down, there for the horse industry is down (they go hand and hand)

    2. get a good job (other then horses) and then go on to horses, because you have to have money to make money/own/work with a horse. . . and horses dont make much money (see answer 1 for reason why)

3.whoever says any job working with horses doesnt know anything about any part of the horse industry.

    4. good luck

  4. I had to find one when I went through my divorce, because fatboy decided he was entitled to my premarital items... so 2 horses had to be appraised per the courts.

We didn't have equine appraisers here in western SD where I lived at the time, so the owner of a trekhaner ranch valued them for me and was notarized and accepted by the courts.

They aren't popular or in a high demand here in SD/WY, so not sure how much you could really make on a living as such, but maybe as a supplement to another job?
