  1. Initially I don't think I had any problems, what I did have and was mad about is they are suppose to inform you that your subscription is about to run out and get permission to renew, well they didn't and just took the money automatically from my account!, people don't just take money from my account!!! (and survive!!- joke) I cancelled.

  2. No I have never had any problems with them. If there is something you would like me to find for you I am quite happy to help out.

  3. No, I didn't. Be careful though. A couple years ago I couldn't purchase anything with my credit card. When I called to inquire about what the problem was, the cc people told me they were waiting on a call from me to approve a lot of musical instruments I was trying to put on my card. Ok, I don't know how to play a musical instrument! They told me someone from Ancestry.com was trying to make the purchase.

    Be careful!

  4. I didn't have a problem when I signed up for it about 6 months ago. They had a trial memebership that was between $10 and $20 ( I can't remember how much it was). You sign up and the trial was one maybe two weeks. You had until that time to cancel the membership (which I did) and you get your money back too! You will have to give them a card number though. Don't worry; if you decided to cancel at the end of your membership, it will not be debited! At least, this was my experience.

  5. I haven't had any problems with ancestry.com.  Let me know if you need some help finding something since you are having problems
