Is any1 else having problems with virgin media tv?

I live in the birmingham area B76 and i have virgin tv , phone and broadband. My catch up tv on demand hasn't been working for 4 days now is any 1 else experiencing the same problem also channel 330 (The Hits) is not working it comes up with an error code - 1010 i have had this problem since today is any1 else facing this problem. i have phoned virgin and they told me to wait atleast 5 working days and if know 1 calls me back 2 phone them back so i am just wondering if any1 else is facing any of the same problems.

I would complain if no one called me back and I had to wait 5 days for a sevice I pay for. They are a bunch of money grabbing gits, just like Sky. They both offer a cr@p service and expect to be paid well for it.... I am seriously thinking about getting a freeview box instead..... Hope it all works out for you though.

It has went downhill after being rebranded. Sky/BT combo is more reliable, they don't slow ur downloads down or go temporarily out of service every other week
