Is anybody else having a problem with youtube?

I'm trying to watch some youtube videos, but when I go to a video, I let it load most of the video, then play it, it plays 2 seconds of the video then stops. It won't play any other part of the video except the first 2 seconds. Is anybody else having this problem?
