Is anybody else really self conscious about how they smell?

i often feel like i smell bad but i have good scented shower stuff and i shower every morning and i wash my clothes all the freakin time..iis it just me? or should i do something else?

i smell like a dirty smelly greasy pig and i'm d**n proud of it

lol just kidding, it could be your house or the bed sheets you sleep on, or maybe you have a dog that makes you smell funny, dont worry too much about smelling bad, you might be paying too much attention to it and you are creating the bad smells in your head, or you could have some sort of rare bacteria that never dies and youre always going to smell bad

You said that you feel like you smell bad, but have you actually smelled anything with there being no reason for it? If you were exercising or taking out the garbage or you didn't shower for 2 days then yes you could smell bad but if you shower regularly, you wear deodorant, and you have clean clothes and a clean house, then there's no reason for you to smell.

I have OCD, and I haven't suffered from the symptoms for a while now but when I was younger it was really severe. I was one of the clean freaks. I showered multiple times a day, washed my clothes after wearing an item once, cleaned the areas I stayed in etc and all because I always thought that I was dirty or that I smelled. Even right after taking a shower and putting on clean clothes, I assumed that I was dirty and that I smelled. Even if I smelled myself and I smelled fine/good, I still thought that I smelled to other people. It was irrational and I now know that it was all in my head and that I don't smell bad, I actually smell pretty good.

Anyway, my point is that maybe it's just all in your head?
