Is anybody else scared of having children when they're older?

Question

I'm only at a young age, however i'm incredibly scared of when it comes to having children when i'm older. I only want about one child because as myself, i'm not good with pain and having to go through pregnancy then birth seems such a job.

Of course I might change my mind when i'm older, but at the moment, i'm dreading it, although I want a child when i'm older.

Is there anybody else who feels like this?

I wish we could have children.  It gets harder after 29.  I have endometriosis.  If I had tried to have children when I was 20, I would have had a chance before it made me infertile.

I am 22 and I feel the same way, I see a lot of these shows like on discovery health and TLC and im like YIKEZ!! I hear ya girl. I'm sure it's worth the pain at the end to have that baby looking into your eyes for the very first time. But the pain OWW!!!

I felt like this when I was young, and it is painful, I won't lie.  But, your body knows what to do, and you make it through...you just do somehow.  And they payoff is so much worth it.

i use to be the same way when i was younger. i am 28 i had my son when i was 24. it is different for everyone when they are ready for a child. it is a big responsiblity, i wouldn't take anything back. my son is my sunshine.
