Is anybody here a member of First Universal Platinum?

I received an email from a First Universal Platinum representative a couple of days ago, inviting me to be a member of this online shopping site. I've been thinking a lot about it because the terms appealed to me but i just want to make sure that this is a reliable site. I don't want to be a victim of another online scam. Any comments from members of this site would be highly appreciated.
