Yes, there are people earning big money in real estate. They are people earning money renting multi-family units and those people leasing well situated commercial property.

    Here in Southern California, where home values are in free fall, the values for commercial and multi-family properties are holding steady. If one purchased these kind of income property, they should be enjoying a fair rate of return.

      Further, the home real estate market is strong in Texas and Oklahoma in major cities with a large oil industry presence.
