Is anyone a Zoology major?

I'm in my 3rd year of college now and am wondering if anyone is a zoology major; and with that, honestly, what jobs and careers are available within that degree? And if you are a degree holding zoologist, how is your career going and are you happy with your salary and career choice?

I got three degrees in Zoology, much to the surprise of my friends, who thought it would be the police who gave me the third degree. I'm now semi-retired and, although I regret some of the decisions I've made, going into Zoology is not one of them.

I have a degree in zoology and work as a wildlife biologist who specializes in ornithology.  I study endangered and declining bird species along with some reptiles/amphibians and bats.  I absolutely LOVE my career and am actually making more money than I ever thought I would with this degree.  I work for a non-profit organization.  You might be able to find work with a government agency (US Fish and Wildlife, Fish and Game,etc), a university, environmental consultant firm, or a zoo if you wanted to work as a keeper.
