Does any one on yahoo have to have expensive make up because you think that u can tell when somethings cheap and look shite on the face? also whats in your make up bag ive got:

Le blanc de chanel=£28

Chanel proffesinal finish foundation=£28

Chanel translucent powder=£25

Chanel blush=£26

Chanel mascara=£19

Ysl false lash mascara =£19

Chanel toner=£24

Chanel eyeliner= £14

Body shop blusher brush=£11

bodyshop foundation brush =£11

Chanel whitening base=£34

IN MY BAG,

Victoria's secret beauty rush lip gloss in lotta colada, $7

Almay Eyeliner in Black $8

Sometimes M.A.C. Studio Tech $30

But i dont like foundation

I tend to just go for the cheaper ranges like Max Factor or Maybelline but I do like Bobbi Brown and MAC when I can afford it.

yes!

i really beleive you  pay for what you get with cosmetics and i have super sensitive skin and find cheap stuff really irritates my skin!

my boyfriend is baffled by the fact  i pay £15 for eye make-up remover, ha ha ha!

I mostly use La Praire followed by  Guerlain and Chanel.

I think MAC eyeshadows are pretty good though and they're less than a tenner each!

Cheaper stuff can work just as well...

I own cheaper stuff and it looks no different. I own 1 or 2 more expensive things though.

I used Neutrogena concealer once and it was horrible and peely !

Lol are you abit insecure that you need to list the expensive products you think you need to look nice?

I am not a make up product i would rather just wear whatever works, no go on brand because some of those makeup products are cheap shite with a name :)

I appreciate quality products, but I appreciate being financially secure more.  To that end, I have learned over the years that some expensive products are no better than cheaper drugstore versions, and so I purchase drugstore products whenever possible.  There are some higher end products that are not available in drugstores, and I am a devoted user of them.  Lancome is my favorite high-end makeup line, and I use a few others as well.  My bottom line is finding what works at the best price.  

I think MAC makeup is overhyped, but once in a while I come across one of their products that is outstanding.  Their Up-Note lipstick is the best peachy neutral I've ever found, as an example.

I am a bit of one. i do likemy expensive stuff but i think if you do it right and use the right colours/shades you can use anything.

i can't live without YSL touche et clat or my rimmel eyeliner lol

i think your just showing off...either you really dont have those stuff or all you care about is showing off when really no one cares about the brand!

I prefer to experiement and find great drugstore products that work just as well as the expensive stuff. I do love my MAC Lash Zoom, and i really really like Mac's pressed powder.

but other then that, all the makeup i buy is drugstore, and works just as well as all that junk you buy.

The difference is, mine costs 1/4 of the price. That's why i have sooo much make-up. I have several pounds of make-up, but none of it is that expensive.

I think it's important to realize that just because it's expensive, doesn't mean it works well. I have no problem with people wanting to spend tons of money on make-up, and i think that occasionally, you should splurge on a really good item.

I'm not going to write everything i have in my make up bag because to tell you the truth, i've forgotten most of whats in there as I have LOADS but only use a few things!! Anyways, these are the items i remember and use regularly (some prices are estimates as I cant remember how much a paid):

Dior Show Mascara - (£18.50) LOVE this mascara!!!!

Rimmel Liquid Eyeliner - (£5.99...?)

Benefit High Brow (£12.50)

Max Factor Colour Adapt Foundation (£11.99)

I really really really want some Mac foundation and Benefit "moon beam" highlighter but I cant afford them so, as I dont have them, I dont think Im a make up snob.

You are. You're a make up snob. You either use so much make up that You have the prices stained on Your mind, or You dug out receipts to fatten out Your question. Either way I find You vapid.
