  1. I have the 1925 marriage index from familyrelatives, but no Maud Hodder.  I have looked in all quarters of 1925 including the Oct Nov Dec, but no Maud.

Are you sure you have the right year.

  2. Leanne, do you think it's possible that Maud was born in the 1890 decade, and is there a possibility she was born and married in Wales, and finally is there a chance that Maud was actually a middle name .?

this is a great website, where lots of people help eachother

  4. Re genes reunited. Last year I stumbled on the site by accident. Out of curiosity I scanned it putting in my name. I was promted to add more info, and on doing so dicovered my daughter missing for 30 years was using it to try and find me. We were reunited last Easter despite her being in Austrailiar. For a £9.99 fee I found it an excellent site and recomend it to anyone searching for a missing family member.jk

  5. Most images are available on freebmd, including the one you're after.

Unfortunately there is no 4th quarter 1825 (should have read 1925) marriage for a Maud Hodder.

Go to this page then click 'view the original'.

SORRY - 1825 IS A TYPO THE LINK IS CORRECT AND FOR 1925.

PS - why the thumbs down people? I've answered the question correctly, jeez, it was just a typo.

  6. I think it is unlikely anyone will help on this one, as for this search someone will have to pay for credits. The £10 6-monthly fee (which is what I do) doesn't cover marriages. You pay for so many credits, which entitles you to look up so many bmds.

I had a look at census details, there are 6 for 1901, and two for 1891. Also three people are looking for Maud Hodders, born 1900 London, 1884 Bridgend, and 1880 Stockwell. You can register for Genes Reunited without having to pay, although you can't contact anyone unless you have the £10 membership. You can however look up quite a few things.

  7. i know how you feel i 2 have came across somethink like that and the only way is pay the fee because most people who do want to help only have ancestry and you explained you cant see it. i have also looked on free bmd and there is no maud hodder. my suggestion is to try and find anymore free websites? I hope you all the luck on your family search x
