Is anyone currently attending or has graduated from FIDM sandiego?

I'm thinking of applying to FIDM in sandiego. Ive read alot of information on it and i think it would be great for me but I'm worried that i might miss out on the "traditional" college experiences. What are the campus activities and the area like? How would it compare to a more traditional college?

Hi! I don't know of anyone who graduated from the FIDM campus in San Diego, but I do have friends who graduated from the LA campus and they really loved the overall FIDM experience and where they're now thanks to FIDM. You were asking if you would miss out on the "traditional college experience" and I would say no. There's so much you could be involvement with at FIDM that you wouldn't miss out at all. There's student council, the newspaper and even different clubs and associations. All I'm sure will look great on your resume since they all pertain to fashion. One thing you also want to think about is the kind of education you're going to get at FIDM vs. a traditional college. I personally believe that for something like FIDM, going to a speciality school is going to work more in your favor and is more highly looked up by industry professionals.
