Is anyone else 25 day cycles and af still hasnt showed? ?

If you are past your usual cycle length that most likely means A. You are pregnant, or B. Your Follicular phase was longer than usual.  You have two phases in your cycle.  The first phase, the Follicular phase, starts day one of red flow and is the main factor in how long your cycle will be because it can change length from month to month.  The second phase is the Luteal phase, the time from the day of ovulation to the day before your next period.  This phase is almost always the same number of days in length with the exception of a day or two either way.
