Is anyone else's 360 mail alerts not working ?

Question

I have mine set to show me in my inbox when i get a letter. It isnt, anyone else's doing that ? i've double checked & I've done it right. So what's up??

I never really use mine, so, truthfully, I don't know. I don't even have it set to show my contacts, as it is so dull. I hope you get this figured out- Have a good day!

I am not having this problem. Yahoo is going to shut 360 down at some point. So they aren't fixing any problems.

I am glad the animals are OK.

LOL! Well, I'm getting alerts in my regular Yahoo e-mail, but when I go check the message, it's not there.

FYI: Y!360 is transitioning into a different social networking platform in early 2008. No specific date has been announced on their blog yet. Yahoo is trying to centralize its profiling services - Y!Mash, Y!360, and the regular Members profile - into one. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 for more details. However, they are no longer fixing bugs related to Y!360, so there's no point in trying to contact them about it.

Personally, I'm only able to get messages within 360 during certain times of day. See my blog for more on that. BUT yeah, I haven't stopped receiving alerts. You should check your Spam/Bulk mail folders and make sure that you didn't inadvertently label those e-mails as spam.
