A very bad habit to get hooked on, especially if you're not very good at gambling. I know quite a lot of people that is addicted to it. I think you may need to seek help if you're using real cash.

Well, personally I am not, I just do it as a hobby. I do know some people who are though. Some people get so into it that it hurts them financially. You need to know your limits and stick with them. Sometimes it may be hard, but if you want to continue doing it leisurely, I suggest you set aside a certain amount to play with each week, and once thats gone, then your done.
