Is anyone else depressed that george carlin died?

I mean I too became a sun worshiper and I agree with just about everything he said. Its sad that one person in the country with lots of common sense is gone :(

  1. Definitely.  He was so practical in his logic.  I love both him and Lenny Bruce, though most young people don't even know Lenny.

    George was extremely original.  He will be missed.

  5. common sense....? that guy had none. i'm sorry he died and i'm sorry for his family, but i won't miss him, i was never a fan of any of his "comedy" acts.

  6. I am depressed about his death too. I am still sitting here in utter disbelief. He was the greatest comedian ever!!

  9. Yeah I think I said all 7 words several times when I first read the report. Its like Jon Stewart said tonight I'm getting tired of losing all the people we need right now.

  10. I really believe that Mr. George Carlin was a complete and total genius. He was just so smart in many of the ways he thought about the "7 things not to say on T.V." that was completely hilarious. And as for common sense that is definitely a strange way to look at it. He had somewhat a bit of common sense.
