Is anyone else especially sickened by our choices...?

in this election? I thought we had it bad when I had to hold my nose and vote for Kerry, but these candidates are even worse. Everyone has waited so long for Bush to be gone, and now I get two more tickets that I don't want in office. Is anyone else looking forward to 2012, when we get another shot at a decent candidate? Or is one of these two candidates what you were looking for?

I'm not very happy with my choices, so I'm going to write in my choice! I know that is throwing my vote away, but if I voted for either of the candidates, I would also consider it thrown away!

Check out the third parties.  There's always somebody out there that agrees with you.  The Repumocrats only keep doling out garbage because people keep eating that garbage.

There will never be a decent candidate. But somehow, most Presidents seem to be a little more palatable through the filter of history. People that claim Bush is the worst in history probably didn't know the Johnsons, Nixons and Carters of the world. Reagan supporters gleefully forget Iran contra and forget that Clinton accomplished little except for having the luck of presiding over a good economy (which soured later because of overinvestment, NAFTA and China most favored).

People suck. The trick is to not give too much power to one person.

Yes I will agree that at first I wasn't looking forward to voting this year. I actually wasn't going to. But, after watching debates and each candidate over the past couple months, I realize that I have no choice but to vote. Fore the sake of America and it's proud citizens, we NEED McCain to win this election.
