Question:

Is anyone else feeling sick.......?

....and tired of the rashing of seriously dumb and rather obnoxious questions we have had here in the racing forum lately? There only has been a FEW serious racing questions posted in the last few weeks, and the rest are somewhere between lame and way stupid.....

I am not trying to offend anyone on here, but this is getting rediculous here. People asking how are other people feeling sick, to "i am 14, what kind ofbike should I get", to the really insane questions like how fast will a certain bike go.....then we give you our honest opinion, and you, being the one to take things hard, and not like that, have us reported.....

no one really cares what mods you can do to a chinese bike, nor do we care what mods you may think will help the top speed of a certain machine....chances are that you will never reach the top speed of a bike anyways....

then there are these questions like will a 1986 cr tank fit a ktm? thats about what this forum has come to..... its pretty pathetic in my eyes......

  2. Have you never heard of Travis Pastrana?

"chances are that you will never reach the top speed of a bike anyways...."

    BULLSHIT.

Travis pastrana goes through the whoops 6th gear pinned.

Pretty sure you have no idea what your talking about.

  3. Dude, I know how you feel.... That's why i took sometime away and went to another forum in "Yahoo Answers"..... If you want a good laugh go to my profile and click on "my questions" and check out question "Holy c**p" and "I really want to know" and you will understand you are not alone brother.

  4. That's what you get from a half a s s unmoderated forum like this one. I swear I have never seen so many stupid answers and misinformation in my life. I would bet money that half of the people here don't even own a motorcycle. There are tons of "real" forums out there. My suggestion to anyone would be spend your time on one of those instead of here.

  5. totally agree i haven't been using this forum very long and im allready sick of the lame dumb qustions some people have been asking totally with you man.....

  6. how come you are on this forum then go find the one that fits you. some of these ?are what they are but stop your whining, move along to greater places.join a forum designed just for you

  7. Hey Jason

I know it's bad, but bear in mind it's closed season so there is a lot less to ask or comment about anyway.

When the racing re starts there will be more genuine race lovers on here as there will be plenty of stuff to comment on and question (plus spring is coming - the sap is rising - teen angst and hormone levels are rising too, so hopefully a lot of the bored kids will start getting out a bit more! LOL)

  8. it's just a forum.

    does it really matter?..

theres no way you can stop people asking stupid questions...

  9. no kidding dude, its getting pretty bad here.....

  10. I'm a bit sick of people who try so d**n hard to moderate yahoo answers. If you want a true motorcycle racing forum, ask yourself, is yahoo answers the right place? Now go find it elsewhere. Find the forum you need and quit trying to guide others. If you don't like the question, do not answer it, simple enough. You clowns get 2 point every time you point out the obvious, that the question does not meet your approval. Honestly, get over yourself, help or shut up!

  11. no

  12. Yes its pretty annoying. All I do now is ignore them, or maybe suggest that they put their Q in a different section.

I think one problem is that YA automatically puts it into the wrong section, and people don't or cant be bothered to check that its right.

There's a hard core of serious race fans on here. You'll soon find out who they are, and then all you need to do is add them to your contact list, and when they ask a question (which will be a serious racing question), you'll know.

There are some intelligent questions, arguments and discussions on here. You just need to persevere.
