Is anyone else getting annoyed with this site??

Question

I see questions all the time similar to "What is the best makeup for cheap that I can buy at the store" and still every answer just about recommends MAC and Sephora makeup. That makes me mad because that does not help me at all because I don't have $15 for a tube of lip gloss. Anyone else getting annoyed with that?? Thanks!!

The problem is that every second a new question is asked and your question gets pushed back pages in a matter of hours, and all you get is common answers from people trying to up their points on this site, to eventually no answers in a course of a day.

I am, One time I asked whta flat iron is better bed head or cor something? and someone always put chi. THAT"S SO ANNOYING!

I understand your situation, but maybe instead  of complaining you could take your experience and become the DRUGSTORE BRANDS expert. Research and find out what products are good and leave the SEPHORA AND MAC PPL alone!

It's "nice" to see that questions are ignored just as well over here as they are in Photography.  It kills me when someone says that they want the best camera they can buy for $1,500 and someone tells them to get a Nikon D3.

it is annoying. i want good make-up but without the high cost. if you go to walmart they usually have a promotion going for make-up i got liquid foundation and powder it came as a duo for 9.00 i like the wet and wild brand. i mix and match alot of my make-up

I wish I went to the drugstore for lip gloss, but I don't.  I do, however, go to Bath and Body Works.  They have phenomenal lip glosses.  Different kinds for your personal preference.  And they're usually 2 for $15 or 3 for $15.  C.O. Bigelow has the best.  They're minty or flavorful and range from no shine to high shine.  Some come with color too.  I hope that helps a little.

yes, like if you ask a question, and they don't say a drug store brand it gets annoying.

you should specifically ask about brands sold at drugstore/walmart makeup. include your budget specifically, price-range and maybe even preference of brand.

i don't know anything about drugstore brands so i stay away from those questions.

personally i'm getting annoyed with people asking the same question over and over. and the "am i pretty" questions. and when people put questions in the wrong catagories (i.e. guys asking for dating advice in the makeup section) OH and people who put "makeup question" as the question. a little more info please? it makes it easier to answer questions you actually know about if the question itself has more information. and i haaaaaaaaate when people answer questions with stupid comments. if you can't answer the question..if you can't help..then why bother even typing anything?

edit: that's ridiculous if youre still getting those answers then, i agree with you. some people are idiots, it can't be helped.

Exactly! I feel the same way. I just asked a question yesterday, I believe it was, "What are some good smelling shampoos?" and then I included that I wanted something that smelled good, but I wanted something different from my usual Pantene, and almost all of the answers included Pantene! It's like, does anyone actually read the question details anymore?!
