Oh man,  you are going to have a good d**n time.  Take a cab to Mr. Sanchos in Cozumel, nice beach, not all the crowd, wonderful drinks and food.  Dont forget to snorkel when you get to the Caymans, the water is the clearest I have ever seen......Have fun!!!
