Is anyone else having a problem trying to access TaxAct.com?

I'm trying to log on and get my dad's DCN and I keep getting the standard "Internet Explorer cannot display this page. What's up with that? Am I the only one having this problem or are can anyone else get on there. The address is www.taxact.com

Please help!!!

Lindy, Tax Act's website does seem to be down.  I just tried to get on myself.  Here's their mailing address and phone number:

Check your Dad's email history.  The temporary DCN (starts with 00-) should have been forwarded to him in the email that confirmed that his tax return had been sent to the IRS.

Worst case, have your dad call the IRS and ask for accounts.  They can look up the DCN on the efile database.
