  1. YES.  If you are not a paid member already. Don't become one.  The service they provide is not very good.  I would not recommend jeevansathi.com to others. Try Shaadi.com.  The site is  easier to navigate and the customer service is good.  At least my experience with Shaadi.com has been much better than with Jeevansathi.com.
