Is anyone else having problems accessing youtube?

I have had problems accessing you-tube for a week or so now. It can't resolve the domain name nor can I access it from a different internet connection and my friends have reported the same thing. Is anyone else having problems accessing you-tube? It will come for maybe 10min each day then back to "Firefox can't find the server at www.youtube.com." I have tried it in IE and Command Prompt in DOS and cannot ping it. I wonder if this is still issues from the Turkish you-tube block. I thought they lifted that, but I could be wrong.

you need flash player and ie6
