Is anyone else having problems getting into their messages on 360?

Question

I can`t open recent messages that have been sent to me and I can`t delete previously read messages or messages I have sent. Is it me or isd the system playing up?

It's strange... my wife's account can delete old messages and get new messages, but mine can't...

If you figure out a temporary fix, then please let me know.

It happens - Yapoo have stated that they're "transitioning" people to a new social networking site called MASH - it looks a lot more like FaceBook. A lot of people are baling out to another site called Multiply.

Because of the transition, they're probably not paying much attention to the 360 service anymore.....

It's a recent glitch that I think many people are experiencing. You can read my sarcastic blog on the subject here:

You may be able to try some of my old techniques, get some new ideas on how to get to those messages or you will just have to wait out the situation.

You can try deleting comments/messages and it may appear successful, but it will likely return the next day at certain times.

I'm not sure if it's temporary or not, but...

FYI: Y!360 is transitioning into a different social networking platform in early 2008. That could mean anytime between January and end of March 2008 - no specific date has been announced on the blog. Yahoo is trying to centralize its profiling services - Y!Mash, Y!360, and the regular Members profile - into one. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 for more details. However, they are no longer fixing bugs related to Y!360, so there's no point in trying to contact them about it. 360 is only transitioning to the same platform as Mash, not necessarily becoming the Mash as we know it. That's stated on the blog.
