Is anyone else having problems syncing the Ipod Classic 80gb?

I just got the Ipod Classic 80gb and it was fine the first time I synced it. But now, I have updated my music collection and want to sync it again. For some reason it won't work. Can anyone help with this situation?

try resetting it press the menu and the center buttons at the same time until the apple appears.  make sure your ipod is not connected to the computer first

I am Having issues too anyone have any good help man i am really angery mine is brand new and is all messed up
