  1. CONTACT THEM ON THE FRAUD PHONE HOTLINE IMMEDIATELY ... not being able to log-in is the FIRST indication that you account has been 'hijacked' ... (the criminals will have changed your password to keep you out)

    I hope you din't 'click' on a link in an eMail (and log in)  ?

    If so, then you have been 'phished' and you account will be empty .. in fact, by now, I would not be at all surprised to find they have run up a £10,000+ overdraft ..

    I would have thought you would have contacted them by now if it had been that long.
