  1. I've had BofA for close to ten years...what new rules?

  2. I have had Bank Of America for a super long time...what new rules? I havnt had ANY problems with them thus far...

  3. YES! I just fell victim to their new rules on charging overdraft fees for "pending" transactions.

So the reality is I'm not a "victim mentality" person, and I deserved one overdraft fee for some gas I bought the other day (used debit card as credit)...I forgot to log it, and when I spent 10 bucks I thought I had, well, I didn't.  So while it was still pending, I dropped some money off to fix it.  Well, it didn't fix it, cause while they were still pending, I got charged 3 different overdraft fees.  When I sent a message to customer service, she very carefully explained that they changed their methods and that they were justified in charging those fees.  Even though only one transaction went negative, and even though I put money in to cover it while it was still pending.  Suffice it to say, after 10 years (nationsbank and BofA), I'm moving on.
