Is anyone else reluctant to post McCain signs or bumperstickers?

Question

I put a McCain bumpersticker on my car last week, and someone threw a large rock at my parked car and cracked the windshield. Anyone else not posting political signs due to retaliation?

I know how you feel. I put an Obama bumper sticker on my car and McCain dropped a nuke on it.

I have a nice McCain bumper sticker and had no problems yet.

It says: McCain. 72 years of failure.

No Obama supporter vandalized my car so far.

Personally, I think anyone that puts a political bumper sticker on their car is an idiot, no matter whether they are democrat or republican. Too bad you didn't see who threw the rock though.

no...that is all i see is Mccain signs.  Think it is because the republicans are so nasty towards the Obama supporters.  I can't tell you how many people have thrown me under the bus just for saying i am not voting for Mccain and they thought i was an independent.  I am not sure what they would have done to me if i told them i was voting for Obama.  

I did tell someone at my ex church that i was voting for Obama and they shamed me for voting for a black guy.  These are evangelical Christians and they are being racist.  What hypocrisy!

i don't put bumper stickers on my car, its tacky in my opinion. but if i did use them..yeah, i would be apprehensive about it. i haven't picked a winner in 8 years...and with the doe doe bird we've had the last 8 years...people should be subscribing to my newsletter...lol.

Even though I'm an Obama supporter, I feel like posting bumper stickers, Signs, etc. is taking a slight risk af just that. Whether it's from the other party, someone bitter that their candidate didn't get nominated, reckless teens looking to vandalize something, I think that it's all of them.

I live in a pretty rural area where McCain supporters far outnumber Obama supporters (thankfully) so I'm not too worried about the signs. Getting a bumpersticker would probably be too risky though because I like my car!

If that is the best Obama supporters can do, it shows how desperate they are. They started a grass fire in my yard burning my sign. There are more signs available, new one was up the same day. Terroristic acts thanks to Obama supporters, and he wants to be President. That is another reason why we do not need than man as president.

You know what I saw the other day?  a bumper sticker, with that hokie Obama symbol on it, and the writing in Arabic.  Also, I see more Kerry/Edwards stickers now than I saw when they ran (Thats in Massachusetts, OF COURSE...)
