  1. Yes, I believe both major party candidates leave something to be desired.

  2. Only if it's Obama.

I think the American people cannot afford the tax hike.  The first year of filing your taxes will hurt really bad.

Not to mention the forgien affairs.  I cannot imagine how bad that will end up.

If McCain wins, I will be anxious, but not like with Obama.  That man is just scary to me.

  3. i am most certainly apprehensive.  i have been voting since 1961 and have lived through many campaigns but this one does seem unique in that the course of direction and ideals of our nation seem to be so polorized as to the solutions that should be taken.

i have been seeing that the definition of patriotism is being 'redefined' by many and this gives me some anxiety about our future.

i would encourage anyone who plans to vote to study both the pros and cons of each of the candidates rather than listen to the media and rely on that for your information.

I have NEVER supported any presidential campaigner 100% and i question those who do.

  4. Absolutely!  None of the choices are good ones.

  5. Anxious and  worried, but that is not anything new. We have a congress who really controls all, the president just tries to look like he has power, when he really has little. Obama is definately not a good choice for US people , the country. Wait til you see the taxes and the rise in taxes. He does not have a good plan.

McCain, he has a better idea, but not the best.

This election s same as always, you vote for the lesser of two evils which will be McCain. Plus, the people in US need to start takling responsibility and start talking and writing their congressman and women. Make your thoughts known. Quit going along with what they tell you, ask quyestions, dig deeper protest. Watch Fahrenheiht 911, wacth Sicko, these movies tell you insight on US govt (even if you dislike Moore, the truth is there) look at the watergate, look at VClinton impeachment, look into Kennedy assasination, look into Enron, do research and then let your voice be heard. Back in the 60's we protested for what we felt was wrong, why have we stopped????What do we just let the govt have more and more control over our lives and choices?

  6. i dont live there, but, i can feel the shake....

  7. Ohhh heckk yess i am.! :/

  8. I don't know if scared is the right words to describe my feelings concerning this upcoming election. But one thing I do know is that this one might be the most controversial one, whoever wins.

  9. What's even more frightening is that Obama supporters actually believe that their messiah can make a significant difference, and if McCain wins, it will be an uphill battle all the way.  In either case, lots of people are in for a big disappointment.

  10. not at all

  11. I'm scared that the idiots I see on this site (read: Obamanites) are actually of voting age.

  12. Terrified if Obama wins, Worried if McCain wins, for the following reason:

There will still be a Democratic congress- the same congress that alienated one of our allies (Turkey) for a genocide that happened in 1918.  The same congress that has done nothing about gas prices.  The same congress that got sweetheart deals on their mortgages while we cheerfully threw ourselves into the abyss of adjustable-rate mortgages....all while screaming that the president was killing the economy and sent us off to a needless war that most of them voted for.

They don't take responsibility, and they use the President's approval rating to win elections and improve their majority.

    It's a mess, really.

  13. scared.....d**n right. not only do we not have a good runner yet we have to vote on someone that is not right for the job. but what is new. we need to take back the great usa.
