Is anyone else slightly bored that Federer is in the Wimbledon Final yet AGAIN??

When he won the Semi's, I just yawned!

I just think there's no action with Federer. No fun. No great shots. Just normal Tennis. There's nothing "stand-out" about him. Remember how Bjork used to leap and tumble round the court? And he's just gonna keep on winning...and winning...and winning...and winning...and winning. It's time for change in my opinion! Does anyone agree?

(The William's Sisters are different - Venus and Serena are both vibrant; colourful players who both play action-packed Tennis. They bring such life to the game, compared to boring, monotonous Federer!)

You haven't seen the best of federer coz he hasn't been pushed yet! He always get pushed when he plays nadal or djokovic coz they bring out his best!

Same thing was with borg!McEnroe used to bring out the best in him!

lol you gotta be kidding? Normal tennis, no great shoots with Federer? That guy can hit a winner from any position, he hits the lines shoots that noone can't make it...

And no I don't agree I love seeing him play, Nadal on other hand is boring for me, I don't deny he is a great player, but long relays are something that is booring as h**l for me, which is the way Nadal plays.

No I'm happy he's in the final because I know that it's going to be an amazing match between Nadal and Federer....the top two players in the world, I can't wait it will be so exciting. I'm hoping Nadal will win and I agree I hope Venus wins as well...but I think calling Federer monotonous and boring is harsh.

Ummmm, you clearly do not understand Tennis I'm sorry.

Federer game in and game out makes numerous great shots.

Nadal's edge is he runs from one side to the other and makes the same side to side shots over and over.

Federer is more composed and makes the shot when he needs to, Nadal is the same, speed, speed, speed, but predictable, reason why he's lost twice to Federer.

There is nothing boring about having a good player playing in the finals.  All it means is that he is he is the best.  I enjoy watching him.  He is not as flamboyant as Nadal nor handsome but he is a great master of the game.  His style is different but I love to watch him play.  Everybody has different personality and it is displayed on the court.  He is a bit more subdued.  I am also a fan of people who show their emotions on the court but I can also enjoy a Federer or a Jusitne as well.

He has a boring court demeanor. Same people in the finals year after year gets tired after awhile. It's great for the record books, not so great for the people who are witnessing it live unless they like watching the same person beat the same person every year. *Yawn*

I agree, Wimbeldon has been boring since Federer started him domination, its so predictible he will win and he hardly even loses a set, his matches bore me.  I would prefer there to be more competition = more slam winners, rather than just Federer or the odd time that Nadal wins.

Nadal has played very well this year. It may be his year.

I've not liked Serena much, but Venus, I've always loved her game.

Yeah I get so bored watching him

No fun shots or amazing winners like Nadal does.

But in a weird way I'm glad he's in the final cause then when Rafa beats him in the final, no one can say Nadal's not the best cause that way he has beaten the best lol

I bet if he was in the final with Safin and won, everyone would say it doesn't count cause he didn't beat Federer to get there :-)
