Is anyone else tired of people misusing the word love?

I am in high school and it seems that people claim to be in love a week after the dating begins, break up and do it again with someone new. Even on here, I see a bunch of 13 year olds claiming they are in love when it is obvious they have no clue what it is. Is anyone else tired of this?

i hear it 24/7. theres a girl here at my hs [a freshmen] who she has this 1 guy whos never gone out with her and goes "OMG I LOVE YOU" and the next day eh will totally ignore her. but then next week, he will be all over her.

im just like "you stupid idiots... you have no idea what ur saying"

me, love is an intricate feeling that doesnt come along with a snap of the fingers and a blink of the eye, it takes perhaps years for it to develop to the the Love level
