Is anyone encountering same problem from Yahoo?

Question

Three problems:

1. I'm living in Tasmania. I can't open My Yahoo page at all for already many days.

2. Yahoo Photo service has been already unfuntional for a couple of days with the error message:

YPH_ERR_YMDB_GENERAL_MDB_IO_ERROR

everytime I try to log in.

I have not seen that particular problem, but I do see a great many things that are not right on the Yahoo systems.

I am beginning to suspect that they laid off most of their technical staff and are trying to work with people who haven't a clue!

As a retired software engineer I have seen that in other organizations during my career.
