Is anyone familiar with Mr. George Franklyn of the Gallery Hotel London?

Question

He claims to be the manager of the said prestigious hotel and he's looking for new staffs. I would like to know and I would like to be clarified if this is not another job scam since he is asking money as freight expence for a parcel to be sent at my given address and at the Brittish embassy
