Is anyone familiar with "Mastery in Transformational Training" or "M.I.T.T."?

Is anyone familiar with this group? I'm trying get some firsthand information on it. From what I've found out, it is very similar to the Moonies & Scientology. I ask because my boss is forcing the employees of our company to attend this group and I would like to know what agency to contact to put a stop to this. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd never heard of this group before, however, I located their website, which has numerous references to "spirituality".  Your boss can not force you to attend if their brand of "spirituality" is in conflict with your religious beliefs.  He can recommend/suggest that you attend, IF he has a valid reason to believe that your job could benefit from attendance, but he cannot force you to attend.  Voice your concerns to him and if he tries to force you to attend or threatens disciplinary action if you don't attend, it would be considered religious discrimination.  Here's a pretty informative article on how to go about reporting religious discrimination in the workplace.  http://www.ehow.com/how_2154521_report-r...
