Is anyone familiar with the Tewkesbury area?

I'm trying to find my husbands family members and he remembers they lived in this area. Their family name is Gallagher and he remembers having uncles named Arthur and Paul. He thinks his Uncle Arthur owned a BMW dealership. He hasn't been there since the late 70's early 80's so they may no longer be in the area. Would appreciate any leads or direction I can get on how to find more information.
