Is anyone familiar with the band, "Extreme"? ?

Unfortunately, I remember them and I have been sucessful in forgetting about them for the past 15 years or so.

I am.  I gave them a fair shot.  I used to like 3 sides to every story.  But between Gary Cherone and Nuno it was just a little too...um.... fruity.

yeah i love their first two albums! nuno bettencourt was my guitar hero when i was a teen...

They sound like some 80's hair metal band

Yes...the unfortunate part about them is that they became well known for their sappiest song..."more Than Words" which in my opinion is their worst.....they were actually a great hard rock band and Nuno Bettencort is a fantastic guitarist....very underrated
