  1. EDIT:

SHortness of breath can be from lack of Iron, b12 and folic acid in your diet. Also a lack of potassium believe it or not.

Iron deficency test: Go to the mirror and pull your lower eyelid and see if the color is red or flesh color. If its flesh colored you are lacking enough iron and should take a herbal iron like Floradix. It will take a month to see a difference. Iron carrys oxygen in your blood and if you dont have it you will feel tired, cold hands and feet, headaches, RLS, dull brittle hair, brittle nails, poor sleep, pale skin (see thru), shortness of breath, fatigue, poor concentration, low mood, ringing in the ears, irregular heart beats, cracks in the corner of the mouth, dizziness, fainting, sore tongue and canker sores. Add b12 and folic acid for best results.

Potassium is called the "alkalizer". It neutralizes acids and restores alkaline salts to the blood stream, and works with sodium in all cells including at nerve synapses to maintain or restore membrane potentials and assist in metabolic processes.

Potassium is critical to cardiovascular and nerve function, by regulating the transfer of nutrients into cells and supplying muscle energy.

Potassium also regulates water balance, assists recuperative powers, aids rheumatic or arthritic conditions (causes acids to leave joints and ease stiffness), is vital for elimination of wastes, is a natural pain desensitizer, helps control convulsions, headaches and migraines, promotes faster healing of cuts, bruises and other injuries, and generally contributes to a sense of well being.

Potassium is stored in the muscles.

  12. it sounds like a form of dysautonomia.   Dysautonomia  literally means dysregulation of the autonomic nervous system. The autonomic nervous system is the master regulator of organ function throughout the body. It is involved in the control of heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, respiration, digestion and other vital functions. Dysregulation of the autonomic nervous system can produce the apparent malfunction of the organs it regulates. For this reason, dysautonomia patients often present with numerous, seemingly unrelated maladies

if your autonomic nervous system is messed up it can cause a lot of odd symptoms including constant dehydration. a person with dysautonomia usually has to be over hydrated for the body to feel as though its normally hydrated.

women carry the gene which causes dysautonomia. males can develop the illness but can not genetically pass it on to their children.

also, dysautonomia is not just a single condition. many illnesses fall under the category of dysautonomia. symptoms greatly vary between patients with dysautonomia. the link ive included is for a website with basic information about the illness. check out the sympotms link on the left side of the website and good luck!

  13. When I read your symptoms a # of illnesses popped into my head. I'm not exactly sure what it could be but the best think you should do is schedule a doctor's appointment. When the doctor comes tell him/her all the symptoms you told us and tell him/her your diet and any past problems you have had. If he ask any questions answer honestly. I hope you feel better! =)
