Is anyone going to the England Vs France match in February?

If so, have you received your tickets yet? I have ordered some from ebay from a pretty reputable seller (that is to say has a lot of positive feedback for selling tickets, even for the RWC final) but they haven't arrived yet and he says they haven't been sent out yet. It strikes me as peculiar that the tickets haven't been released less than a month before the game.
